I've been having anxiety attacks for about a year and a half and I don't know what is triggering my episodes. Lately my anxiety attacks have been coming out as flashbacks to previous episodes. I've been crying when I get home from work about physical symptoms that I had a year ago. Now I'm starting to date again and I'm worried about having an episode while on a date with someone. I don't know how to talk to people about my anxiety since there doesn't seam to be any rhyme or reason to it. I'm worried about having an anxiety attack at an inopportune time. This whole situation is complicated by the fact that I'm not exactly vanilla and since my episodes don't have any easily defined triggers I don't know what I can safely do in bed and what I can't.
Any advice is appreciated. |

Do you have a therapist?
I know one thing that helped me with anxiety issues (as well as others) was a daily mood tracker. For me I was able to find some patterns that weren't easily to spot on their own. There are several ones online.

Yes but I'm not sure she is helping me anymore.
