Hi here is my situation I discovered cross dressing long long time ago and ....I liked it the only problem I have is that all of this cross dressing has changed me so much to the point where I feel like a girl and I'm not......well I don't have good luck with the girls and I think it has to do with my weak image of a man ..I really want to change that I want to feel confidence with the ladies that's why I'm quitting any kind of cross dressing activities ...its a bad addiction to me .it has made feel ashamed insecure about ladies I even have doubts about my sexuality I don't want to deal with this anymore I'm quitting for good Iwant to be a happy man ...this is not for me I recognized the fact that I'm a little androgynous and cross dressing is natural to me but I guess there is other ways to explore my feminine side well that's all just wanted to share that with everyone

EASYNCOMPLICATED, are you seeing a therapist? Cross-dressing by itself isn't something you should be ashamed of or affect your confidence when interacting with the world. It sounds like you might be fighting some self-loathing or worse. Personally I think you should talk to someone about it and describe just what you did above. They can help with any shame you might have as well as help you come to better terms with your sexuality.

You can cross dress and date girls at the same time, you just have to find girls that like cross dressers. (: That's way more common than you think. (:

you may have some luck if you post in the Transgender & Other Gender Support forum as well
![]() there's nothing shameful in dressing however you want, for whatever reason you want. you don't have to force yourself into masculinity (or femininity) if it's not for you. it sounds like you're in a confusing situation, but fighting what you feel is probably going to only make it more confusing. it's ok to be you, regardless of what that is! I have a lot of issues with shame toward myself, and I know it can be rough, but it feels really good to learn to love yourself for who you are, not just who you wish you could be. whatever you end up doing, I believe in you! |
