I haven't slept well for around 6 months.....
I just got tested for B12 and Iron....and both of them are in the range but very close to the minimum which is not good.... I feel so tired but I can't sleep well.... does anybody have the same issue? thanks Marjan |

marjan, I find when my iron levels are low my problem is staying awake. I sleep deep for way more hours than I should. So, maybe, your sleep issues are down to something else? Have you spoken to your doc about this, hun?
Hugs and wishes for better sleep soon ![]() ![]() |

I did some research online that's how I came up with the idea...hehehe.... Currently, I'm taking vitamin B12 and trying to eat healthier food....but my sleep is bad....I'm just hoping to get back my routine sleep patterns....Today when I woke up in the morning, all my body was aching...It felt I've never slept the whole night....my back hurts! with love Marjan |

Marjan, I know this may seem a silly question/suggestion to you, but it's just because of you saying how bad you've been sleeping, plus mentioning how your back hurts... Are you sure you've got the right mattress for you? Some folks get like you're describing when their mattress is too old, too soft, too hard. Or maye trying an orthopaedic one would help. Just a thought. ![]() Peace and Love, Julia xox |
