That was the first nightmare that I ever had. It was when I was 14 years old.

I was dreaming about a dead woman body on the beach.

She was decapitated and mutilated.

Her intestines were flowing of her stomach, and a gooey green liquid was coming from it.

It was horrible, I eventually woke up and ran towards my mother's bedroom.

Any interpretation?

Sometimes, dreams are just thoughts or things that we have seen in the real life like movies or so....and then they flush off in your dream....
You may have seen bad movies and the memory stays in your mind....

I have to agree with the above. Often dreams reflect something we have "seen", not necessarily in person, but in movies, books, murder mysteries, the like. The memory stays in the background of your mind, not the foreground or you would work through it in the waking state. In your dreams, however, the mind brings it to the fore, to note it's presence, to observe that it serves no need in your mind, and to therefore rid the mind of it. Naturally, at 14, dreaming of something horrid happening to a woman would make you run and check your mother! Just some stray thoughts ~ billieJ
