I was diagnosised with insominia as a teenager. I have ALWAYS had problems with sleeping, even when on the sleeping pills. I have been on every type of sleeping pill there is and they only seem to last me a few weeks or so then stop working totally. Well now to top it all of I am 29 weeks pregnant and can only take 50mgs of Benadryl and that doesnt do squat. Any ideas????

Hey tmac! Insomnia sucks. When I was pregnant with my boys, I had insomnia something awful. So to help I would listen to soft music and meditate. Or I would take a warm bath and read while I was in there. I also tried differant teas. And another thing, get some of that Johnson and Johnsons lavender scented baby lotion. I sounds kooky but it realy does help. Just rub some on your arms and chest. The scent is light and smells so wonderful. Not too perfumy and it also helps with that dry itchy skin you get when you are pregnant. I hope this helps
