I dreamt last night that one of my friends (who had a baby a couple of months ago) got pregnant again straight away after having her little boy (Mateo), and to the surprise of everybody she had triplets (2 boys and a girl). She hadn't thought of enough names, so she went away to decide on names for them.

Everyone was celebrating the birth of these 3 wonderful babies at the church i used to go to when i was a child, and my friends family were there... Her dad came to speak to me and told me something awful had happened, and that i should go to find my friend asap!

When i found her again she was crying and told me that they had all died one after the other.

After trying to comfort her, she was still distraught, so i offered to take care of Mateo for a few days until she felt up to it.

I took Mateo, and me and my family set off on our way home. When we got to the train station, i realised i hadn't been given any bottles, milk, food, or anything to take care of Mateo and he was starting to get hungry, so my family were running around trying to get things together so that we could feed him.

It was really quite a nice dream once it was just me, my family and the baby. I can't deny that i'm feeling the call of motherhood. I'm just worried about the dying babies part..... I really hope it's not any kind of premonition, i'd hate to see any of my friends go through that..... Argh, that's really upset me now.

The "triplet" part is interesting; if you think about a family, they're father, mother, and baby. That and three-legged stools are most stable. I don't know what the status of your relationship is, and/or it could be about you being the "baby" but that old set of 3 being finished (dying) and a new set starting (you becoming the mother)?

I used to have dreams that I was pregnant and had a miscarriage all the time. A dream interpretation thing I read said that those types of dreams signal that something didn't go right or you are aware that you are moving on the "wrong" path and you're afraid that if you continue on that path you could lose something dear to you. Maybe you're afraid that your friend is moving in the wrong direction with something?
