I'm back to having trouble sleeping again. I have bipolar disorder and this insomnia is just getting to me!

Have you asked your doctor/discussed your meds with him? My thyroid hormone causes problems with my sleep and I fixed it by taking the pill at a different time than one is "supposed" to.

I have bipolar disorder and when I am manic or sometimes depressed, I can't sleep. But now my psychiatrist prescribed Ambien and it seems to be working so far.
