It's 1 o'clock. I usually get to sleep between 1:30 and 3 but sometimes later. I took a nap when I got home today just cuz I was having a bad day and it's easier to be in my little dream world than it is to be out here in the real world where my dreams are constantly stepped upon. Just been having a bad few weeks... last time I did the whole nap thing two weeks ago I didn't get to sleep until around four. I'm hoping tonight will be better. I'm listening to some nice relaxing music and trying to just block out all the crappiness from my mind.

How was your night BatsAndButterflies? I hope listening to the music helped. I also use music at night to block out the days events. shaggy

Relaxing music helps.

For me, I find that even if I get only 5 hours of sleep, when my sleep is *relaxed*, I am more rested than a 12 hour sleep full of tension, restlessness and/or nightmares.

ty for sharing,

Billi
