screaming at night. Noone seems to hear but, my awesome bf who sleeps on the phone because im always scared to sleep so he stays on the phone to wake me up if im screamin.. Any ideas on how to stop my dreams.??

Why does your boyfriend wake you? Do you remember your dreams? They sound like night terrors to me and it's best not to awaken someone with night terrors.

Everyone dreams several times a night, has to dream. I'm sorry you're so scared.

well, he wakes me up bcuz the dreams i cant handle. Either im watchn someone get killd or im running from someone or something.. And i hate it, so he wakes me up so i can dream a better dream.
