I've been having a repeating dream about dead women following me around staring at me with sightless eyes from a safe distance . but if I go near them they let out a horrible screech . They wear white dresses with stains of age yet have young faces (and boney bodies) ,they have black hair. They have no sign of decay but they have a skintone that looks dead. They move in a fast twitching motion. This dream has been happening ever since I've been raped by another boy more than twice my age when I was eight years old. Please tell me what it means so I can get rid of it.

Before I start I just want to say that I'm not sucking my interpretation out of my thumb, the meanings of the symbols are from dreammoods.com and the book "The complete book of Dreams and Dreaming" by Pamela Ball. I've taken the symbols and interpreted them in the context that they appear in your dream.
The women in your dream denote the relationship with your emotional and intuitive side, and represent the Anima, which is the emotional side of the male. Being followed by these women represent a need to deal with past fears and memories. The black hair represent judgement and negativity, and the stains on their white dresses could point to a troublesome issue regarding your purity and innocence (white also represents wisdom along with these two attributes). The fact that they are staring at you with sightless eyes refer to a loss of clarity and power. The screaming or screeching represents repressed anger that needs to be expressed, but could also be a symbol of fear induced by addressing the matter at hand (scars from being raped/abused) in this context. The dead can represent repressed negative memories and emotions, but could also forewarn of you possibly associating with the wrong crowd (I don't know how accurate that is in your case). So in my opinion this dream is an example of your subconscious reminding you of what happened to you by using symbols to explain the emotional effect it had on you, and urges you to deal with these emotions and feelings of anger in order to address your fear to try and move on successfully with your life again. Obviously this is a lot easier said than done. I don't know if you are currently in therapy, but if you aren't, I would urge you to maybe just go see someone in order to get these things out of your system and verbalise them so that steps could be taken as to how you can heal from this experience. I am truly sorry to hear about what happened to you. Rape and child abuse angers me more than anything in the world. There's also a section in Ball's book on dealing with nightmares. If you want I will share it with you. Good luck!

Buildings are usually representations of our personality when we see them in dreams. It has to do with our attitudes and beliefs that we have constructed in life. What kind of building was it? A tower-like building refers to the spiritual self. I'm assuming it was a regular high-rise building? Black represents the aspects of all colour but can be linked to negativity and judgement, however it can also represent strength and virility, which links with the symbol of you having black hair (if hair plays a significant role in a dream it links up with strength and ability). The flowers in your hair could be an indicator of a new beginning that you are aware of in your life, or it could just be a link to the obvious aspect of beauty. Having white eyes or a loss of sight could possibly mean that you have a loss of clarity about something, but then again if you can still see then it could possibly just mean that you should be observant (in this case possibly of the new event that is taking place in your life), and the pacing back and forth could mean that you should set goals for yourself. The angel's wings would be an indication of your power to transcend your difficulties. If the guy's voice is unknown it could signify that you have aspects of your personality that you aren't aware of yet. And then finally I think what is meant by the phrase he says is that what you think of and create in your mind becomes reality, so I don't know if you're thinking of taking on something new and you have doubts about it but it would appear that your dream is telling you that you are able to do what you are attempting, you just need to set some goals and you'll make it. That's how I see it and I hope it makes sense in a way.
