ive tried to keep a sleep patern and i ususaly do about 7.5hours sleep a night.but its from 12am till 7.30am and my body now doesnt let me sleep unless its near midnight and every day for like a month nwow.and now im sick so its going to drag on for more now. even when i try to sleep in i can only for like and extra hour and im still tired for the whole day. does anyone know any tips to get my cold away faster or so that i can have a good night sleep?

I am sorry you are sick. I've always heard that a cold has to run its course. I am tired all day too. But I am not sick. I just feel sleepy. I try to stay busy. I hope you feel better soon.

Have you gone to the doctor to make sure it's "just" a cold?

na but my dad gave me a remedy to get rid of the cold and its seemed to work so far and i feel alot better,it also helped me to get to sleep earlier so i got more sleep but im still tired but oh well ive been tired for like a month so im used to the feeling, yea i try to stay busy as well but u cant be busy all of the time,i also used to always have energy drinks which probly are the reason for all this but im trying to give them up or at least stop having them so much but i think im addicted to them ae
