I work grave yards so I expect a little trouble but I rarely ever have a consistent sleep pattern.... For instants last week I slept 8 hours or more every day, one day I slept almost 20 hours... This week I'm lucky to get 4.

Not doing drugs so its not that. I am a little more stressed out this july. But Idk, even ''normal'' weeks if I have them I don't have sleep patterns really......

Thanks not sure if an answer to this or maybe its stress or just the shift, though I've been on this shift for years now besides a half a year on first last year.

Graveyard shifts can really mess your body up, maybe this can help you?

Hey there,
Try meditating before you go to sleep. Look into guided sleep meditations, because they can really help you get to sleep and clear your head.
Many can even help you to reach Alpha state, which is an intro state of brainwaves before Theta and Delta (deep sleep).

Yeah-- once you start looking into your brainwaves and the different states you can reach you can do pretty awesome things (and use the meditations for more than just falling asleep!).
Alpha state is the same one you need to reach for lucid dreaming and it can also help you to tap into your intuitive powers.
