I've had trouble sleeping for a few years now. I'm not sure what caused it. I have to either listen to music for a long period of time or take sleeping pills in order to fall asleep. And when I do get to sleep, I almost always have nightmares that I can't remember. I'll wake up scared or tense but not remember what I was dreaming about. I think it all must be caused by stress, but it happens almost every night even if I'm in a good mood when I go to bed...

Chelsea-- look into sleep meditations. It's been shown that meditating before you go to sleep can really help your brain to relax and clear (especially if you're not feeling tired at all).
As for nightmares, these meditations can also help with that by providing affirmations and ways to have a little more control over your dreams.
