I'm awake all the time, and I want to throw up all the time.

Wow. Sounds serious. Sounds like something to tell your doctor.

Oh my goodness, I am sorry to hear about it. It might be insomnia, I'm not 100% sure. You could other things to help you sleep. Listen to relaxing videos and whispering videos on Youtube. These help me be sleepy for sleep. Have a bath before bedtime, read a book. When you try to sleep, do some deep breathing. Breath in and then breath out slowly. Imagine something relaxing. I think of being on a rollercoaster and that helps me put me to sleep and I think of random stuff in my head. I hope this helps. If these don't work, If I were you I would go to your doctor But if you told me more then I could help I know what it is like to not sleep for days. It is horrible. I hope you can sleep

Oh I know. I dont feel sick, but I get so irritable. I was up til 5 yesterday, woke up at 6. Stayed up til 10, and woke up for the day at 12. Then I finally get to see my boyfriend and Im tired as hell, take a nap from 10 to about 11:30. And now Im here, wide awake at quarter past two. It sucks! Im allllllways up if youre ever too bored.
Usually what I try to do to fall asleep is eat a nice meal,[though it hasnt been doing anything lately] And reading puts a strain on your eyes and it makes you slowly concentrate on that rather than being sleep deprived.

Good luck to youu!
