I didn't sleep well last night. I only slept about an hour or so. But at 5am/6am. I tried to sleep but I had sleep paralysis. I had unnessary thoughts of not being able to sleep or that I am cursed. I went on the computer and went to sleep again. After I woke up, I feel weird. It's strange. Is this the effect of not enough sleep?

An herbal tonic is used to help restore, tone and invigorate systems in the body or to promote general health and well-being
Like the arizona drinks, I don't know if their there where you live but if it is, you should try it, I can't start my day without it. ![]()

Sleep paralysis is you body falling asleep but your mind staying awake. Often this can be awful scary, there can be dark creatures in the room or strange sounds.. Often you can get a buzzing noise, this is your ears going to sleep for the night. This happens to everyone, every night, but most of the time you are fully asleep when it happens!
If you are stuck in paralysis, try wiggling a toe or a finger and from there a foot had or leg..and soon you will be fully awake! Or, if you get brave..go with it..keep your mind awake, keep your focus on your breath..soon you will be lucid dreaming! Good luck, and happy dreaming ![]() |
