First, you have to force yourself to stop sleeping entirely. Get social and active during the day. Keep your body moving as much as you possibly can. Do this for at LEAST two full days. After the third day, go to bed at a decent hour, and set your alarm to get you up at a decent time in the morning. DO NOT GO TO BED LATE, AND DO NOT SLEEP IN! You may need someone to help wake you up in the mornings. Do whatever you can to get yourself up and moving. Stay active during the day. Get a nighttime routine going and stick to it before bed. Maybe add some melatonin (check with the dr first) about 30 min before bed, to encourage the bedtime routine to take a solid effect. It'll take about a week or so before you fully reset your sleeping patterns.
