dream interpretation please

It is summer. We're having a meal in a meadow, with two rectangular tables covered with a white tablecoth. There are quie a lot of people seated.
I'm sitting at one of the table, I'm not eating but I am constantly looking at this man sitting at the other table, but I see only his back and the back of his head : he doesn't look at me.
At my table, there is his mother, she's looking at me , quite gently.
I would like him to look at me, but he never does it.
(He is a guy I met ages ago, and with whom I exchanged emails for many years (years later), and who recently put a stop of it.)
I look at my left foot, and the heel is pretty much dented (I'm horrified about it), and it makes me suffer..of course, and I wonder if it will ever heal...

Could you please help me with the interpretation, please?

Heel = Heal? Feeling like a Heel? Because he not looking at you? I do see you are being gentle on yourself though about this. An open medow is a good sign, and the white table clothes indicate a fresh start!

You seem to feel ignored by the old pen friend, and so would I. He's ignoring you. You feel like there must be something wrong with you as to why he's ignoring you, hence the dented heel. His mother cares though and that's a good sign. She may represent a part of you that cares about yourself. It hurts to be ignored. I had a pen friend stop writting to me a couple years ago and it hurt quite a bit, and with no explanation either. So about a year ago, I went though all his letters, 13 years worth, and kept the first one and the last one, and the drawings he sent, but threw out the rest. That felt good, allowed me to move on. You will heal, as he fades into the past. There are plenty of other people at the table.

I have no qualifications to tell you what it meand but my best guess is the the heel reprsents your aperance and that such a small thing is pushing him away from you
