I'm sorry you can't sleep Are you taking any medication that could be causing the troubles sleeping? If you have melatonin I would try that. Alternatively you could take an anti anxiety pill if you have any.
I would try to do something that usually helps you to relax (eat a yoghurt; drink some tea; talk to a friend on the phone; listen to music..) And then if after 30 mins you are still not asleep, try doing some light housework for a while. Afterwards go back to bed and see if you can fall asleep easier. This 'routine' helps me sometimes. I also leave music/hypnotherapy tapes on during the night when I"m very anxious. Not sure if it helps you but I hope it gave you some ideas.

how was your night? have you ever tried yoga for insomnia?
there are a few good vids on youtube if you should be interested. this is one i found helpful to calm me down.

There has to be something that works for you. We just have to find it

Unisom helped me before. They also say melatonin, eating a banana at bedtime ( I know sounds silly) making sure the room is dark. You can also try to listen to an audio book or audio bible.
Here is a link to a relaxation hypnosis thing that REALLY worked for me in my time of need:

Listening to it with earphones is the best if you have them.
Hope some of this helps
