Hoes anyone have any tips for sleeping through the night completely? Other than meds. i'm going to be on enough of them, so if I can avoid getting on meds for sleeping then I definitely want to. Most teas I've tried help me get to sleep alright, but it is staying asleep that is the issue.

Teacup, I have the problem of staying asleep. I'll sleep maybe 4 hours a night. Even w/ meds I only sleep about 6 hours and that's interrupted. I'll be following this thread to try some of the suggestions that i'm sure will come.

My father has sleep apnea and swears by melatonin to stay asleep.
