I have a nightmare nearly every night where I rip off my best friends face, torture two other friends and eat the flesh from the rest, what scares me more is that I daydream 'bout this. I have to cut myself and drink what comes out, to stop these daydreams. I have gained insomia from this. Any help will be appreciated.

You have my compassion for these difficulties. You might be dealing with a psychological condition that could be treated. If you have intrusive thoughts during that day, that could be Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. There could also be a psychological meaning behind the thoughts. In other words, the specifics of these thoughts have a certain meaning to you. They reflect some way that you are trying to seek relief, but because you don't understand them, they feel threatening. A therapist may be able to help sort out that aspect.
