I've been feeling like a horrible person in my dreams. And you need to understand that I am not violent in any way. I'm extremely passive, have never hit someone in my life. I doubt I have even yelled at anyone before so the dreams are a little unsettling for me. First dream I had, I had apparently killed someone and I was talking to a friend of mine and asking him if he could get rid of the body and clear things up for me. Second dream, I committed a crime with a group. We threw all the evidence into a shed and then burnt it down. After doing that, we jumped into a van and tried to run away. Police started chasing us, sirens were blaring. Dream ended when we almost got caught. What in the world is my brain telling me lols?

We deny so much that we can't recognize the truth right in front of our faces." |

I'm wondering,in your dream do you look like your reality self or like someone else but you just have that familiar feeling that its you,and do you ever actually SEE yourself like you're in the background watching,or are you actually seeing the dream through your eyes. And who or what is it you're killing and why and how?I believe our dreams are our brains way communicating and teaching us as we sleep.I think in the dream state our brains use subjects that grab our attention and jolt us into focusing on what important by using many images, feelings, actions and people that are symbolic of other stuff that means something.Funny ,why doesn't brain just say it like it is without the games? That's what happens on auto pilot, brain wings it. So,even though the topic of you dream sound awful in reality, really pick apart all aspects of every detail.Like how an action made you feel, and for example in reality, what THAT feeling means in real life,people,places,objects,subjects......all of it means a particular THING to only YOU.If you like games and puzzles or mysteries, dreams are awesome for that.Sorry I couldn't help more.Good luck kiddo, and congrats on school, and I love your signature. You're a good thinker.

Is there anything you are trying to hide in your waking life?
Or is there anything you are feeling guilty about? Or maybe even this - Is there anything about yourself that you don't like and are trying to destroy? |

Your dreams mirror that you are getting Rid of old issues and things out of your life. You may feel guilty about it, but you know you are doing the right thing.

I agree with Thunder Bow
![]() I've had many dreams very similar to this, except I remember the killing vividly, I threw the bodies over a bridge and watched them fall. My interpretation of it was that I was killing people who I felt deserved it, but I couldn't do it in real life. Eventually they showed up in with an apology (in a dream) and I was able to heal those wounds from the past. I think its the final process of the open wounds turning to scars in the apology part. ![]()
