I have a TERRIBLE sleep schedule
![]() How do you handle it? I just feel like I'm losing it lately, I get these crying spells and it's really scary.

Me, unfortunately. I haven't been able to sleep lately. I feel so exhausted, but I can't rest. My sleeping schedule is horrible. Wish I had some advice on handling it, but I can't handle it myself. You're not alone, though.

Depression causes what you are experiencing. What is going on right now, that causing you to feel depressed?

I can relate. I've been sleeping a lot, taking naps, making excuses not to go out. I think I have SAD, or that describes why I get this way at this time of year. Summer-time I'm completely fine except it seems when I'm depressed I'm actually more creative and have more introspective thoughts.

I can relate as well....my sleeping is totally off...I'm exhausted early so crash around 10pm and then I'm up every hour on the hour until 5am when I finally give up. It is lonely, I agree.

Be sure to keep doctor up to date on how you are feeling when taking meds.
