Every morning when I wake up, for about 10 second. I filled with panic. It is so bad that I am physically shaking. I am fine after a few seconds.
I struggle with generalized anxiety, and take melatonin to sleep. I am also on citalopram and propranolol er. Has this happened to anyone else? How do you feel when you FIRST wake up? How can you change that? |

Dreams are about feeling, thus you, in your dreams feel anxiety. What you are experiencing is normal. If in Therapy, continue. It takes time to deal with anxiety.

Work on dealing with anxiety in your waking life. As you do, the dreams will diminish.
