Long story short..

Panic attacks, flashbacks, and reliving my abuse happens mostly at night.
I'm TERRIFIED of the dark.
The only thing that calms me is Arizona tea which has caffeine. Plus I'm totally addicted to the stuff so I can't cut that out of my routine
The voices in my head are very talkative at night.
I have physical pain when I flashback to my abuse.
And more...

I can't sleep with all this going on..

And if I do doze off I have HORRID nightmares. Very painful and vivid.

Any advice?
