Does anyone else have this problem of sleep eating without you being aware of it. I got told by someone else that I've been coming down to eat at night without my being aware of it? I have no memory of doing it. What's causing this?

Other info: I get weird dreams almost every night. Sometimes I'm not sure if they're nightmares. I also take diet pills.

T,
Do you take Ambien? It has been known to cause that problem.

I have had an issue with the same thing. I have not only binge ate but I have cleaned in my sleep, folded laundry, smoked, and even drove. I would be so exhausted from not sleeping while I was sleeping that I would just collapse. The trigger for all of that was due to the fact that I was stressed out because of my living situation. I tried many medications and nothing would make me rest. The only thing that helped me out is moving away from that situation. I have done it a few times in the last eight months when I get very stressed but other than that I now sleep very well.

Is this something new?

I would discuss the diet pills with your doctor. They could play a part or not.
