I can never sleep past 5am in the morning for some reason. Don't know why but lately this has been the case. No matter hoe early or late I go to bed, for some reason, I can't fall back to sleep past 5 even if I'm really tired. Also keep on having reoccurring dreams of graduations or bad stuff happening.

I had this for a little while when I was younger but I was slowly able to work off it.

It's been going on for a long time on and off. I do have lots of anxiety, feeling down a lot, and just overwhelmed.

Your sleep problems might have to do with your anxiety. So that's something you might want to tackle if you want to improve the quality of your sleep. Have you tried anything to reduce your anxiety levels? Also, what's your lifestyle like in terms of diet and exercise?

This might be you natural circadian rhythm. Our bodies have this clock that it likes to be on, and it will try to return to it if we get it off track.
Have you heard of this? Perhaps you are naturally a "morning person"? Reducing anxiety is always a good idea, and trying to be sure to get enough sleep, say... 7 hours means going to bed by 10p as many nights as you can manage. Sometimes we just have to work with what nature gave us...
