I had a dream where it was a zombie apocalypse and I was with a group we were searching and clearing an abandoned school for zombies for us to take cover in. We met up and I declared I couldn't keep going. I was pregnant in the dream but the others didn't know this and I was scared I would die and kill my baby. One of the girls stayed with me and told me she knew I was pregnant and I started getting contractions and we both knew I wouldn't live through it but I asked her to look after my baby after I died. Zombies started to come and we headed away while I was in excruciate pain. Eventually I didn't have a weapon to defend myself and I died. I woke up just after I fell to the ground.

Your dream reminds me of a movie I saw on the syfy channel called "zombie apocalypse".
