Does anyone have this same problem? I'll begin to fall asleep, but it's not really sleep - just lying there with my mind whirling around.
At some point I realize that I'm looking around the room, I hear everything from my roommate and my neighbors. If the timing is right I watch out the window for the sun to rise. Sometimes I can then repeat the process - drift a bit while lying down and watching my mind race. Of course I'm on meds that make this horribly worse. Doc won't do anything about the meds. Any suggestions for getting some good sleep? Help! Thanks! |

I have times when I don't think that I am sleeping but I really am.
