The title speaks for itself. Every so often I dream I am pregnant. I'm only 14, I'm a virgin, I don't think about sex at all, I hardly ever think about relationships. I recently dreamt about getting married and having a baby right after finding out my father is married and having another baby (confirming my suspicions), but all the other pregnancy dreams were before he told me, some were even way before I suspected him being married with another kid on the way, so I don't think that's it. I'm kind of confused as to what might be triggering these dreams. Anyone else have the same thing happen to them?

You mind is processing how you are feeling about your relationship with your father.

The dreams may also be age/hormonally associated. You are young, a woman, you are in many ways "pregnant" with your own new life, and aware (biologically & otherwise) that you can give birth. (I would ask if you are taking BCP for regularity/any reason only because I remember many years ago having multiple pregnancy dreams when I was taking the Pill, not making the association till I stopped)---something done/said/experienced probably triggered the dreams. Sounds normal though.

I'm not on BCP, so that can't be it. I did forget to mention though that I very often worry about my future and whether I'll be a good parent or not. Or -sometimes I worry- if I'm going to go mentally insane and end up killing my children (I know, it sounds horrible). But these are the thoughts I have.. Maybe these worries are the ones triggering my dreams.. Anyways, I think I just answered my own question. Thanks guys!
