So I have really strange dreams sometimes like most people, however when I cry in my dreams I feel like I'm actually crying in reality. Like I'm crying in my sleep or something and I end up getting a headache which I then wake myself up because I have a headache. But when I wake up I'm not crying I just have a headache.
I can't really explain it very well but that's the best I could. Is that weird? I was just wondering what some opinions were of what it could be. |

It is not weird, you are not weird. People do dream they are crying or laughing or being expressive in dreams like you described.
Getting a headache while you are sleeping however does not sound right. You might consider telling your doctors this.
