So I have really strange dreams sometimes like most people, however when I cry in my dreams I feel like I'm actually crying in reality. Like I'm crying in my sleep or something and I end up getting a headache which I then wake myself up because I have a headache. But when I wake up I'm not crying I just have a headache.

I can't really explain it very well but that's the best I could.

Is that weird? I was just wondering what some opinions were of what it could be.

It is not weird, you are not weird. People do dream they are crying or laughing or being expressive in dreams like you described.

Getting a headache while you are sleeping however does not sound right. You might consider telling your doctors this.
