Usually my sleep is (at worst) decent. About 3 weeks ago, I was sleeping better than usual and still woke up tired, then that changed a week ago, when I have trouble falling asleep. I haven't been doing anything differently. I don't eat anything within 2 hours before sleeping, and there's not much on my mind before going to bed. Is there anything I can do?

Hi! Can you think of anything in your life that might be concerning you?

Suggestions for sleeping better include things like doing something non-exciting before bed such as reading, taking a warm bath or shower, and drinking some milk.
Thanks for this!

Yes, but it's just small stuff-the usual daily tasks. Thanks for the suggestions.

I had being doing pretty well with sleep (falling asleep withing a half hour or so of going to bed) but last night it was at least 4 hours before I finally fell asleep (fortunately since I didn't have anywhere that I needed to be in the morning I was still able to sleep several hours but I still have a real bad headache right now).
