Dream about bee and legs giving out

What do you all think this dream means?

I had a dream where it was a very nice day out. My friends (I could not see any of their faces throughout the dream) were all out laughing and enjoying the sun. I was walking toward them when all of the sudden, one of knees gave out. I got back up, but every time I could only take a few steps and I would collapse again. I'd have to try extremely hard to take those few steps. Eventually I got to my friends, but quickly collapsed on the ground. Only one person to help while the others stood around and said things like "oh, that's not good." It was a boy who helped (I remember thinking he was not a close friend) and I could hear is voice but never saw his face. He looked at my knee and said something like "I think this [some incomprehensible illness], but it's rare, but..." then he was distracted by a bump on my knee. My knee was flat. He then checked my other leg, "This one has a bump too so it's most likely you have it."

The dream shifted like a movie. Suddenly a bee came and he was maybe twice the size of s normal bee. I was still on the ground and it kept trying to sting me. I flipped out and kicked my legs insanely (somehow I could kick and not walk?). My legs are what he was most interested in, but he did go for my neck and chest a couple of times. Finally I started yelling "Help, somebody kill it! Somebody kill it!" Over and over. Nobody helped. However, eventually the same guy came over. He took a couple swats at the bee as well before he fell over and started kicking at it as well and called the same thing that I was. Still, nobody helped. I could only hear them all chatting and laughing and ignoring the situation.

Then my dream switched like a movie again. This time I was trying to catch up to my friends as we were trying to get to a house. My knee was still messed up so I could not catch up. I kept falling. Eventually I tried to hop one on knee (there was no support around so of course I eventually fell again). One of my friends was running around quickly. This was the only face I saw in my dream and was a friend I know in my waking life. Eventually we made to the porch of the house. We were in front and all I could see was the grey and cracked porch and the door. I think the house was olive green.

I woke up after that. Now I'm wondering what everyone thinks this dream means. I'm a pretty firm believer that dreams are the subconscious trying to tell us something. If it helps with anything, I do have Bipolar and am at a point in my life where I am struggling with it profusely. This prolonged episode was triggered by a very upsetting situation (break up and ex drama) I believe. I'm very careful around my friends so I don't take anything out on them.
