I've been waking up every one to two hours all night long for over two years now. It's so frustrating. After a sleep study, it was determined that I have sleep apnea, so now I have a CPAP machine. It doesn't help. I'm at a complete and total loss as to where to go from here. Help!!!

Just relax and go with it. If you add more anxiety over it, it will only get worse. Go to bed a little later and get up a little earlier.

Thanks. I can certainly go to bed later, but I already wake up at 4 or 5 am. It's awful! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

It might help if you also take extra steps to relax before bed. Whether its a hot shower, a hot bath, reading a good book, or even lighting some pleasant smelling candles. Take the time to really relax.
