Does anyone go to sleep around the same time no matter how little sleep they got? Last night I slept around 4 hours, right now its 2:42AM for me and I still don't feel like sleeping. Most nights I basically have to force myself to get in bed or I wait until I actually feel like sleeping and I then try to sleep but its usually after 2 or 3 AM or later, even if I have to wake up at 6AM or 7AM and it almost always takes a while for me to even fall asleep around 30 minutes or more sometimes. Anyone have a similar experiences?

I have a similar problem and I wish I could tell you how to fix it. I hope someone else will reply to help both of us. But I too am awake at night and can't sleep until ;2, 3, 4, or 7am and then even after I finally do get to sleep I sleep for four to five hours and wake up just enough to not be able to go back to sleep, but not enough to get out of bed. So I toss and turn for an hour or so then finally fall asleep again. I sleep for four or five more hours then still don't want to wake up. Then even after 8 or more hours of sleep, I am still super tired all day. I have sleep apnea and sleep with a cpap machine and all of this still happens.
I know this didn't offer you any solutions, but I hope it at least helps to know that you are not alone. It makes me feel better to know that someone else understands what I am going through. Now I know that I'm not crazy or just lazy. Thank you for posting.
