Today and Saturday, I was sleepy during the day, even though I slept well the nights before. Is there something wrong with me?

Hi Longhornsfan78

I really can't answer the question from a personal opinion "Is there something wrong with me?"

I feel it could be a false interpretation by me.

Because, personally, I feel that you have not provided enough information in this post for me to be able to offer input into what may be causing you to be sleepy Today and Saturday.

However, I can state, from my own personal experience, usually a shift in the amount of hours I sleep is indicative of a mood state.

If I feel sleepy and / or sleep more, I am in a lower mood than at other time.

I hope this may help.

Some meds, can do that. If they make you to drowsy, tell your Doctor right away.

I think I'm less sleepy today than I was yesterday, Sunday, and Saturday.

There have been periods where I'm not that sleepy.
