Hello,
Have any of you had trouble with dreaming too much? There are periods of time, a month or so where I dream non stop it seems! I dream right when I fall asleep, I know because Iīm still kind of awake when it starts and I wake from a dream and through the night I wake up between 2 and 8 times from a dream. They are incredibly vivid and uncomfortable but not really nightmares. Itīs horrible you wake up more tired than you want to bed and because itīs so unpleasant I fear going to bed at night. Do you know something that could help reduce these dreams and help me sleep better? Have you dealt with these kind of issues and how did you cope with it?

Thanks for reading this
Thanks for this!

Great question bpd94!

Yes.

For me, personally, there are certain times when I do dream a bit more than at other times.

But I really need to be careful how I word this.

As I word this purely on my personal opinion.

If I had to word this with the most clarity here -

I view it as that there are times when I recall more dreams; based solely on the fact that I may be waking up during different cycles of my sleep; nothing more nothing less - so it's not that I'm actually necessarily that I'm "dreaming more" - it's simply that I "remember more" as I have woken up during a different cycle of my sleep.

There is nothing special about the dreams, they are usually comfortable sometimes they are awful. Usually just panicky dreams that everything is falling apart and such :P
Yes, I think that is true. I also think it is that I am waking up so often that I donīt get to a deeper sleep and so spend more of the night in the dream stage than I should. If that makes sense :P Thanks that helped, pointed me in the direction to get more helpful information
