Does anyone here keep a dream journal? I'm starting one today because I don't have very good dream recall and want to learn how to lucid dream. Why do you keep one? Is it just to keep track of what you dream, or is it for spiritual/other reasons? Do you believe that what we dream has significant meaning? I'm interested to hear everyone's thoughts about this.

I have kept dream journals and found sometimes I get an inspiration or idea in a dream, sometimes something pointed out I need to work on.

I have got poems in a dream and found sometimes I have dreams of people who have left here.
