I get as little as 2-4 hours of sleep per night,
13 y.o

It's rare if i get REM sleep, mainly sleep in the morning 5-7
Awake at 11:00PM-1:00AM
When i explain to my parents, they say "Shut up", "You were just sleeping"
"You don't get any sleep? Yeah right."
I sleep peacefully in 2-4 hours
But if i am excited, stressed, sad, or cheerful at night, i sleep less
Any ways to go to sleep faster/MOREEE?

No " home remedies", or medicine, like i said, my parents don't even care, when i got to my next DR. appointment , i may have to tell her as well.

yes I'd tell your doctor, do you go to bed at the same time every night?

do you feel more awake at night times than during the day?

Try some workout before sleep. Relaxation workout to calm your muscles.
