Difficulties with sleep completely suck...

I have to get up to go pee at least 2 or 3 times a night.

Cherry juice contains natural melatonin (sleep hormone), so does bread and turkey and such. If sleeping is the issue this could help.
If it has to do with nightmares, I don't know how much help I can be there. |
