I have never slept good. Always as a child I suffered from nightmares more extreme than average, even suffered from hallucinations of a demon which I obsessed over out of fear and still see time to time. I'm in high school now and I've been struggling with something: whenever I do get enough sleep I start freaking out at school I can't control my emotions and I eventually crash. Any thoughts?

Your body has adapted to less sleep so maybe when you get enough it doesn't know what to do.
Check with a doctor.

Hi Ruby,
I did an interpretation for you of a dream about your counsellor. From me to you...inside yourself is a wonderful person. If you learn to listen to yourself and face yourself then your nightmares et al will cease.

With kind regards,
Guy
