My circadian rhythm is disrupted. Throughout the day I am constantly hallucinating, getting answers to my thoughts from the surrounding. My body tells me to sleep inappropriately. How will I fix my circadian rhythm? I know there are no words coming out of my mouth but I am feeling as If I am talking. I have a phantom body, that acts on its own. When my instinct wants to grab the glass of water I see my phantom body trying to grab it or things like that.
Also when I'm playing music with the metronome time gets faster and slower however when I imagine the mental image of the metronome ticking, that ceases.
