I was walking by the sidewalk then a vehicle stopped beside me. Two short funny looking men in suits, looking like tweedle dee and tweedle dum, went out of the vehicle. Then shot me with a shotgun.

At this point I'm not entirely sure if both of them shot me or just one. But I'm pretty sure there are two of them wearing suits... They also have a funny haircut.

It was a long time ago, and we don't visit anymore but it bothers me at the back of my mind.

Probably the guy who shot me?

My interpretation is I don't really trust my therapist 100% back then, but we still continue visiting. Which in the end I kind of regret coming to him. I'm glad I'm not seeing him anymore.

Though I wish I have more time talking to my psychiatrist, part of the reason I joined PsychCentral.

I should stop asking questions I already know the answer too.

I had recurring dreams of death before our visit to him.

Hi. I think your dream means that there's an aspect of you, perhaps a behaviour or a belief, that is being killed off, and the fact that you think it's your therapist doing the shooting would make sense to me. Your therapist is trying to destroy and kill, so to speak, an old behaviour or belief in you, which is a positive thing when it comes to therapy. Death in dreams normally points to rebirth or renewal, going by what I've read.

I have a scant recollection of two dream interpretation techniques that might offer interesting leads regarding your dream: two men, one you one your T; Shotguns result in not one but many points of entry hitting the target, both men/subjects have valid, or at least, valuable points and contributions during sessions; a hush hush or taciturn individual might easily view therapeutic communications in session as "shooting off" their mouths to each other with each having his/her individual points.

I see there's a lot of verbiage here so I'll keep it brief and stop here.

I guess there's a pattern, I read similar posts about death with same answers. This thread might be redundant but I'm just glad that I was able to shared this experience with someone.
