I have this reoccurring dream, and it gets a little strange so if you're uncomfortable please stop reading! I won't be offended

Anyway, it's this dream I have to use the bathroom. I finally find a bathroom but when I walk in, it's literally thousands of toilets. The problem is it's really crowded and all of the stalls are barely high enough to hide my more personal bits. I can usually find a stall but I don't feel like I have enough privacy to do anything. There's always family and friends around too. It feels very exposing.

Thoughts?

As said above, indicates lack of personal space and feeling exposed in real life.

Very possible. I live in a dorm and I don't have that much personal space.

Psychologically toileting = competence or independence.
Perhaps you're afraid for others to see how competent you are, especially your family, and also that you have ambivalence about being independent in the eyes of others. Perhaps you're afraid you'll hurt them in some way? Or that you'll let them down?
Thanks for this!

Wordshaker, definitely. I'm financially dependent on my Mom getting me through school at the moment and I really want to be independent. I'm unconfident in my ability to do so though. Thanks for the insight
