I'm voluntarily going to try sleeping in a bed tonight. I dream others' lives/dreams when I do this. I'm very afraid but I need to start sleeping somewhere other than the floor. I've also stopped melatonin for several days now which has dulled all of my own dreams tremendously. Send strength in thoughts please. I'm already tearful just laying here. This is the last bed Mom slept in that wasn't a hospital bed. Last time I dreamed one of her strokes.

So far I can't relax at all. I've now taken my glasses off and closed my laptop. I need to put down the phone and try to relax again.

I slept 4.5 very broken up hours. Not much. I might try again tonight. When I tell people what happens and why I don't like other peoples' beds they always look at me like I'm crazy. Maybe. I don't remember my dreams from last night so that's odd. I think stopping melatonin reduced the impact

There is one room in my house I can’t sleep in- it always gives me nightmare. We built the house about ten years ago, so no history regarding the room. Luckily it’s not my room, but still.
Not sure if it’s the room or the bed (guest room). I also need to sleep in a bed that is placed correctly when it comes to north/south/west/east. If I travel and the bed is placed «wrong», I don’t sleep very well. When my dreams were very absurd I used to sleep on the couch. Now I sleep in my bed. Seroquel makes me dream, but the dreams are less absurd. I really hope you get some restful sleep tonight. I feel your pain. |

Not remembering dreams is actually a good sign. That means no strong emotions or contact from the spirit world that can be disturbing. Means all is at peace.
