Hey,
I'm sure this isn't the first thread about this but I have been dreading going to bed in fear of what waking up will bring.. Any tips and tricks for this? Thank you |

Some people love to use essential oil diffusers in their bedrooms. They highly recommend Lavendar, for example, for relaxation.
I'd stayed at a friend's house and she ran a small, table-top diffuser, in the guest room. It was heavenly! ![]() I have been known to mix the essential oil of Lavendar with jojoba oil -- just a couple of drops of essential oil in jojoba oil -- and rub it into my feet at night. It's very relaxing. I only do this on occasion, as I do not want to sensitize my skin to any specific essential oil. Just a couple of ways to use essential oils for relaxation. ![]() WC

I woke anxious quite a lot. It took me awhile to figure out what it was. Once I worked on that and put some coping skills in place I was able to work through it better.
Is there something that you think is causing it? |

How are you sleeping? I wake up not rested and sometimes depressed.
