Hey,

I'm sure this isn't the first thread about this but I have been dreading going to bed in fear of what waking up will bring..

Any tips and tricks for this? Thank you

Some people love to use essential oil diffusers in their bedrooms. They highly recommend Lavendar, for example, for relaxation.
I'd stayed at a friend's house and she ran a small, table-top diffuser, in the guest room. It was heavenly!

I have been known to mix the essential oil of Lavendar with jojoba oil -- just a couple of drops of essential oil in jojoba oil -- and rub it into my feet at night. It's very relaxing. I only do this on occasion, as I do not want to sensitize my skin to any specific essential oil.

Just a couple of ways to use essential oils for relaxation.

I woke anxious quite a lot. It took me awhile to figure out what it was. Once I worked on that and put some coping skills in place I was able to work through it better.
Is there something that you think is causing it?

How are you sleeping? I wake up not rested and sometimes depressed.
