Does anyone else have the tendency to only really remember bad dreams. It seems like that is the case with me. I can't remember the last time I had a good dream and remembered it. It is always the vividly bad ones that I can remember. And they are usually realistic too. Anyone else only remember bad, vivid, and realistic dreams? Just wondered. I don't know why but it is the case for me.

Yes. The ones that stay in my conscious memory are the vivid, unpleasant dreams.
Thanks for this!
