Hello all of you, I am Shehroz Qasim working as an IT officer in Pakistan. I have been facing some problems related to the sleeping and headache for 3 years. I have been checked up dozens of doctor and also had used sleeping pills for last 2 years but then my problems decreased day by day and before 8 months I was totally fresh with all the problems but recently I am facing again these problems, including a headache, migraine, sleeping problems, eyesights problem etc, I really want to know what should I do and what is the better solution of this problem.

Hello ShehrozQasim: I believe this is your first post, here on PC. So... welcome to PsychCentral! I hope you find PC to be of benefit.

I'm sorry I cannot be of any help with regard to what you are experiencing. You mentioned you work as an IT Officer. So I would imagine you spend quite a bit of time on computers? If so, perhaps that is at the root of your sleep, headache & eyesight problems... just a thought. Hopefully other members, here on PC, will have some insights they can share.

Yes dear right, as many doctors have told me that it is because of the computer screen and I am helpless in this regard because of my profession but my problem is increasing day by day, I don't know what should do? Is there anyone can please please help me because I have visited dozens of different doctors but could not get actual my problem solution.
