I've now following asleep in the late morning and waking up in the middle of the afternoon. This has happened after staying up to read some interesting books. As of today, 'm now trying to force myself to get up in the morning, hoping I'll be sleepy enough later to go to bed at a reasonable time. Anybody have other ideas how I can get back to a more regular sleep schedule? Thanks!

Dear Travelinglady,

Wish I had some good ideas but sadly I don't. I've struggled with sleep problems a lot lately and so my heart goes out to you. Hopefully someone here will have something helpful to offer.

Sincerely yours, Yao Wen

I'm on day 4 no sleep rn but If I'm on a daily reversed schedule I'll keep myself awake all night, all day the next day, and go to bed at 7pm to reset. I usually wake up at 8am the next morning to catch up lost sleep, then I'm back on the norm.

Stay awake until it is time to go to bed.
