WHY DO I EAT?
1 2 3

NOW LET'S FIND OUT WHY YOU EAT ... Each letter relates to a statement on the previous Why Do I Eat Quiz. Type in the number (1, 2 or 3) that you checked for each. For example, you will type the checked number for item A on the line next to "A". Then type the checked number for item B on the line next to "B" and so on. Your total will show up in the totals column.

You can then look at the categories and see where you scored high. This will help you understand more about why you eat. When you understand why, you can plan ways to control your eating.

Totals Category
A ___ + H ____ = Substitute for companionship, or cigarette.
B ___ + I ____ = Habit/outside trigger.
C ___ + J ____ = Unaware of good eating habits.
D ___ + K ____ = Sweet tooth.
E ___ + L ___ = Response to stress.
F ___ + M ___ = Food tastes better, or cigarettes satisfied my hunger.
G ___ + N ___ = Not enough exercise. Tired from quitting smoking.

Hope this helps! Fear Weight Gain? Try This Questionairre

Let's see if we can get some ideas flowing from this scale, huh?

Peace!

So I'll start, in the hope that others will follow?

Totals Category
A __2_ + H _1___ = 3 Substitute for companionship, or cigarette.
B __2_ + I __2__ = 4 Habit/outside trigger.
C __3_ + J __3__ = 6 Unaware of good eating habits.
D __3_ + K __2__ = 5 Sweet tooth.
E __2_ + L __1_ = 3 Response to stress.
F __2_ + M __2_ = 4 Food tastes better, or cigarettes satisfied my hunger.
G __2_ + N _2__ = 4 Not enough exercise. Tired from quitting smoking.

Well, this is interesting.
And it's also incorrect that I don't know good eating habbits.
I do. I just prefer junk food to pig out on, LOL! And when I eat, I loose track of calories cuz I'm in a "zone" I guess you'd call it. I'm not paying any attention; I'm just chowing!

Do I have a sweet tooth? Yes and much more so since I quit smoking!
Food doesn't so much taste better, but, a sickarette did "signal" the end of eating. I don't have that "signal" now. That is a problem.
And yes, I know I need more exercise! LOL!

Anyone else have this fear of weight gain?
Anyone else care to share?
(C'mon now...I bared my soul! LOL! )

Peace!
